Ingredients
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- ¾ cup warm milk
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it activate.
- Add flour, egg, and melted butter. Knead into a smooth dough.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough, spread cinnamon-sugar filling, and roll into a log.
- Cut into rolls, place in baking pan, and let rise again.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes.
