Simple Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

“These soft and gooey cinnamon rolls are made from scratch and topped with creamy vanilla glaze — the perfect weekend baking treat.”

Ingredients

  • 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it activate.
  2. Add flour, egg, and melted butter. Knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out dough, spread cinnamon-sugar filling, and roll into a log.
  5. Cut into rolls, place in baking pan, and let rise again.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with vanilla glaze. Serve warm!
